TwoLore

Effective 8 August 2026

Terms of Service

The rules for creating, purchasing, publishing, and sharing a TwoLore gift website.

TwoLore is operated by Fastend Ltd, company number 16746155, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.

Who may use TwoLore

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the people you invite to a private site and for keeping access answers secure.

The service

A Gift Site uses a yearly subscription. The annual price shown to you before Checkout is charged at publication and renews at that same price each year until cancelled. Each additional gift site requires a separate purchase.

A preview is not a published site. Publication occurs only after payment is confirmed by TwoLore's payment provider. The creator can cancel future renewal from Billing before the renewal date.

Payment and immediate supply

Prices and renewal terms are shown before Checkout. By asking us to publish immediately, you expressly request that digital supply and hosting begin before any statutory cancellation period has ended and acknowledge that applicable cancellation rights may be affected once the functioning digital service has been supplied.

This does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. The Refund Policy explains how duplicate charges and verified technical failures are handled.

Taxes

Fastend Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT and monitors the UK registration threshold. It is registered for the Irish non-Union One Stop Shop for qualifying business-to-consumer digital services supplied in the European Union. Stripe may calculate applicable tax where configured, while Fastend Ltd remains responsible for filing and payment.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text, photographs, and other material you upload. You give TwoLore a limited licence to store, transform, and display that material only to operate your site.

You must have permission to upload the content and must not infringe privacy, copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep paid sites available, but maintenance, provider incidents, legal orders, and security events may interrupt access. We may change the service where necessary, but will not materially remove a paid feature during its active term without a reasonable remedy.

Ending service

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe use. On hosting expiry, the recipient link is unpublished after the stated grace period while the creator may still export or renew the project for the retention period in the Privacy Policy.
